Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our key clients. You will ensure client satisfaction, manage ongoing projects, and drive business growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
• Develop account plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
   

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in client servicing or account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
