Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Logistics, or Communications.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role; experience in the logistics/courier industry will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, patience, problem-solving ability, teamwork, and time management.
