About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – HR Operations to join our team. The role involves managing end-to-end HR service delivery with a focus on payroll accuracy, provident fund administration, statutory compliance, and HR reporting. The ideal candidate should be passionate about operational excellence and able to deliver insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll for 5,000+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee Provident Fund (PF) administration with full statutory compliance.
- Handle core HR operations including employee records, policies, benefits, and HRIS.
- Prepare and deliver HR reports, data, and analytics for management decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and employee experience.
- Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and labor laws.
- Support internal/external audits and implement HR governance best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3–5 years in HR Operations, Payroll, and PF management.
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Payroll, Provident Fund Management, and HR Operations.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (8/10 or higher) with strong reporting and analytical ability.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
