Faisal Movers is seeking enthusiastic and responsible Booking Officers to join its team in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. The selected candidates will manage ticket bookings, ensure smooth customer service, and support day-to-day terminal operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle passenger ticket bookings at the counter.
• Provide accurate information on fares, timings, routes, and seat availability.
• Operate booking software and maintain accurate sales records.
• Manage and reconcile daily cash from ticket sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and booking procedures.
• Report operational issues and customer concerns to supervisors promptly.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Intermediate required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.
