We are a rapidly growing company in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry, dedicated to innovation and excellence. To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Manager HR to lead human resources operations at our Lahore facility (Valencia Town).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance
• Design and implement strategic HR plans in alignment with organizational goals
• Manage performance appraisal systems, learning & development, and workforce planning
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and well-being
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory standards
• Advise leadership on HR matters and drive continuous improvement initiatives
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector
• Strong command of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
