Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Executive of Human Resources to provide comprehensive HR support at our Nooriabad plant. This role is critical in executing HR operations, supporting training initiatives, and acting as a key point of contact for employees, all while working closely with the HR Business Partner to implement strategic HR goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations & Support:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams at the plant to address day-to-day HR needs and provide effective on-ground support.
    • Provide operational HR support to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee queries, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Training & Development:
    • Assist in the design, organization, and execution of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
    • Support the end-to-end coordination of training sessions, including logistics and feedback collection.
  • Performance Management:
    • Assist in the performance management process by tracking evaluations, ensuring timely completion, and facilitating follow-up actions.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management or an equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role.
  • Industry Experience: Hands-on experience in a relevant industry such as Construction, Manufacturing, or Electrical and Electronic Appliances is highly preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proven hands-on experience in training & development and HR operations.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
    • Proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a plant environment.
