Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of national-level cyber defense strategies and policies.
• Oversee critical incident response, risk assessment, and mitigation activities.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, laws, and regulations.
• Manage and supervise cybersecurity teams, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
• Collaborate with government agencies, law enforcement, and international partners to strengthen national cybersecurity resilience.
• Prepare reports and policy briefs for senior government stakeholders.
   

Requirements

• Master’s/Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, governance, or IT security management.
• Strong knowledge of cyber defense frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
• Leadership and project management experience.
