Qualification:

• BE/BS/B.Sc. (Environment / Chemical / Mechanical / Industrial)
• NEBOSH-IGC/IOSH/OSHA Certification

Experience:

• 10–12 years of HSE implementation experience in reputed manufacturing or process industry.
• At least 5 years must be in an Assistant Manager or higher role.
• Strong knowledge of Safe Systems of Work, Safe Procedures & Practices.
• Experience in addressing non-compliances of HSE on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce and implement safe work systems, procedures, and practices.
• Monitor and address non-compliances related to HSE.
• Lead and participate in incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions.
• Act as a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
