Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement export strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
• Manage relationships with international clients, distributors, and agents.
• Oversee export documentation, shipping, and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant export regulations, laws, and policies.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities across regions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in export management or international sales.
• Strong knowledge of international trade laws, INCOTERMS, and export documentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel internationally when required.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
