Paragon is looking for a highly experienced and motivated Manager of Electrical to oversee and manage all electrical operations at our project site.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all electrical works (including LV, MV, ELV, lighting, grounding, fire alarm, etc.) are executed in strict compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and the project schedule.
• Plan and efficiently allocate site resources, including manpower, tools, and subcontractors, to meet all project milestones.

Position Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in the execution and management of electrical works on large-scale construction projects (e.g., high-rise buildings, infrastructure, or industrial plants).
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a Managerial or Supervisory role is highly preferred.
