Job Description:

This is a leadership role for an experienced mechanical engineer to drive operational excellence, minimize machine downtime, and manage a team. The position focuses on ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of all machinery and utility systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Management: Lead all types of mechanical maintenance (preventive, corrective, condition-based) following OEM guidelines.
• Utilities Oversight: Manage the smooth operation of utility systems, including HVAC, Air Compressors, and Thermal & Water Systems.
• Inventory & Procurement: Ensure timely procurement and control of critical spares, and approve purchase requisitions to prevent delays.
• Process Improvement: Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
• Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and manage the maintenance team to achieve peak performance.
• Vendor & Strategy: Liaise with vendors for outsourced services and provide strategic input to management for long-term efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: BE (Mechanical).
• Experience: 7–10 years of total experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Expertise: Proven expertise in mechanical maintenance and utilities operations.
