Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Garment/Apparel Manufacturing, Textile Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years in the garment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

The Manager will oversee the entire cutting process, from fabric arrival to final bundling, with a strong focus on efficiency and quality.

• Manage the complete cutting process, from fabric receiving and spreading to final bundling and numbering.
• Implement strategies for marker making and laying to minimize fabric consumption and meet target Fabric Consumption Ratios.
• Establish and enforce stringent quality control checks at all stages (fabric inspection, layer alignment, shade continuity, precision cutting).
• Quickly identify and resolve technical issues with spreading, cutting machines, and patterns to prevent production delays.
• Collaborate with Production Planning and Merchandising teams to create and execute daily/weekly cutting schedules.
