Job Description

Eligibility:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in treasury, financial management, or a related role.

 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree or a professional certification is a plus.

     

    Job Description:

Fund Management:

  • Prepare and present daily fund positions to management, execute financing arrangements, and monitor their implementation.
  • Mobilize funds to meet the financial requirements of active REIT schemes and in-house companies.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align fund management strategies with organizational goals.
  • Engage with REIT stakeholders to ensure transparency and effective communication regarding fund performance and financial activities.

 

Bank Account Management:

  • Manage bank accounts and operations for various REIT schemes.
  • Process markup and rental payments.
  • Liaise with banks on financing matters.

 

Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including SECP, SBP, and REIT regulations.
  • Conduct regular compliance reviews and implement necessary corrective actions.

 

Operational & Administrative Support:

  • Provide support to the operations team regarding banking transactions and financial matters.
  • Manage monthly Tax payments.

 

Ad-hoc Assignments:

  • Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned by management.
