Job Purpose:
To handle all financial transactions related to cargo services accurately and securely, ensuring correct billing, collection, and daily reconciliation of funds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payments (cash, credit, cheques) from customers for cargo shipments.
• Generate and issue invoices and receipts for all cargo services.
• Reconcile daily cash and credit transactions, preparing daily sales reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records and handle customer queries regarding billing.
• Coordinate with the cargo operations team to verify charges and services rendered.
• Ensure all financial activities adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• 1-2 years of experience in a cashier, teller, or accounts receivable role.
• Proficiency in basic accounting principles and MS Excel.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Experience in a logistics or cargo environment is advantageous.
