Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Manager Technical to lead and oversee our HVAC technical operations in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing installation, service, and project management activities, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong technical background and proven managerial skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Operations Management:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of HVAC installation, service operations, and project management.
  • Ensure all technical activities comply with company standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support to the team and clients.

 

Project Management:

  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Manage project scope, timeline, and costs, ensuring successful delivery.

 

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical staff and engineers.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs to enhance team capabilities.

 

Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Address and resolve complex technical and operational issues promptly.

 

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:

  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures for all technical operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

 

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • B.E. (Mechanical) or B.Tech degree.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Proven experience in HVAC installation, service operations, and project management is essential.
  • Prior experience in a managerial or team leadership role is highly preferred.

 

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and servicing.
  • Project Management: Strong skills in planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a technical team.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle complex technical challenges.
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with teams and clients.
