Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HSE Lead to champion health, safety, and environmental initiatives at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving continuous improvement in all HSE practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and strengthen a proactive safety culture across all organizational levels at the assigned facility.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments in collaboration with production, engineering, and utilities teams.
• Develop and lead safety campaigns and training programs focused on incident prevention.
• Establish, train, and manage the Emergency Response Team.
• Oversee and improve the work permit system to ensure safety compliance.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant industry and global HSE standards and regulations.
• Lead thorough investigations for all incidents, implement corrective actions, and prepare detailed monthly HSE performance reports.
• Provide supervision and guidance to HSE Engineers and Fire Executives.
• Drive HSE transformation programs and initiatives for continuous safety improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant Technical HSE discipline.
• 4-5 years of relevant HSE work experience with reputable organizations.
• NEBOSH IGC certification is highly preferred for this role.
