Job Summary:
Exide is looking for a detail-oriented Planning Engineer to manage production planning and scheduling. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing resources, ensuring material availability, and coordinating across departments to meet production targets in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production plans and schedules to meet customer demands.
• Utilize SAP, Excel, and MRP systems for production planning and inventory control.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production departments to ensure material availability.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and improve planning accuracy.
• Manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Manufacturing Engineering.
• 2-4 years of experience in production planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, MS Excel, and MRP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
