About the Role:

SRC (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking an organized, proactive, and results-driven Assistant Manager – Supply Chain & Logistics to manage and optimize its supply chain activities and logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory, procurement coordination, system administration, and ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee forecasting, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and related supply chain activities.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Supervise Material Controllers to ensure effective stock control and timely procurement of projected materials.
• Lead SAP system administration, including generating analysis reports, audit summaries, and maintaining cost-effective inventory levels.
• Coordinate with the Procurement team to expedite material demand and ensure timely arrival at the factory site.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and re-order levels in line with monthly sales forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards, as well as company procedures and SOPs.

• Liaise effectively with internal teams (Procurement, Supply Chain, Production) and external stakeholders (Contractors, Vendors, Consultants & Auditors).

   

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team supervision abilities
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management
