Job Summary:

House of Habib is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Supply Chain to join one of its group companies. The role involves managing shipping documentation, coordinating logistics, and supporting procurement and administrative functions to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin (Chamber of Commerce), and insurance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and INCOTERMS.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport companies to ensure smooth and timely cargo movement.
• Monitor shipment status and promptly resolve any discrepancies or delays in documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, warehouse, and accounts to ensure accurate flow of documentation.
• Conduct spot purchases to meet urgent operational requirements.
• Verify that purchased items meet required quality standards and are delivered within agreed timelines.
• Oversee office supplies, general maintenance, and the pool vehicle fleet.
• Perform SAP entries for admin-related purchase orders and invoices.
   

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field from a reputable institution.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a supply chain or logistics-related role.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
