GMP Foods is looking for a qualified and motivated Warehouse Executive – Milk Powder to
join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing milk powder
inventory and ensuring compliance with food safety and warehouse management standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
● 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations (preferably in food, dairy, or FMCG
sectors).
● Strong knowledge of milk powder storage and handling.
● Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software.
● Understanding of FEFO/FIFO, HACCP, and FSSAI standards.

Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of milk powder inventory.
● Maintain warehouse hygiene and temperature controls to ensure product quality.
● Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and audits.
● Coordinate closely with procurement, production, and dispatch departments.

● Supervise warehouse labor and loading/unloading operations.
● Identify and report any inventory discrepancies or operational risks.
