Company Overview:
A well-established pharmaceutical company is urgently seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Quality Operations to oversee and lead its quality control and assurance functions. This is a critical leadership position responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining the highest levels of product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Quality Control (QC) department, ensuring all processes align with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
• Oversee analytical testing, quality systems, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement quality strategies, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards throughout the production lifecycle
• Maintain readiness for internal and external audits; manage regulatory inspections
• Train, mentor, and evaluate QC team members to maintain performance excellence
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific field
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in quality control management within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong understanding of cGMP, analytical methodologies, and regulatory compliance (e.g., DRAP, WHO, ICH guidelines)
• Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Professional certifications such as ISO or ICH compliance training are highly preferred
