About the Role:
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end management of textile product listings, supplier coordination, client communication, and platform support. This is a key role for ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across our platform and services.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Management & Product Listings
- Manage the complete fabric listing process, including data entry, uploads, and image optimization.
- Ensure timely updates of product specifications, pricing, stock levels, and availability.
- Maintain quality standards and consistency across all listings.
Supplier Mill Visits
- Conduct on-site visits to textile mills for fabric data collection, stock updates, and relationship building.
- Address seller concerns or questions related to platform dashboards or listings.
Project Coordination & Reporting
- Work with technical and design teams to implement feature updates and resolve bugs.
- Track onboarding, performance metrics, and engagement analytics.
- Generate regular reports on platform growth and client engagement for management.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for supplier and buyer accounts.
- Manage inquiries, sample requests, and platform-related feedback.
- Build strong client relationships to support retention and satisfaction.
Demos & Presentations
- Conduct live demos and platform walkthroughs for new suppliers and buyers.
- Deliver customized presentations based on client needs (onsite or virtual).
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and B2B meetings.
Training & Support
- Train internal and external teams on how to use Fabricport tools and dashboards.
- Create SOPs, training materials, and user guides to ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
Eligibility & Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business (MBA/MS preferred)
- 4–7 years of experience in textile sourcing, e-commerce, or digital platforms
- Strong skills in project coordination, client handling, and technical tools (Excel, CMS, BI dashboards)
- PMP, Data Analytics, or Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus
- Willingness to travel 40% of the time to textile mills in Faisalabad, Lahore, and Karachi
