Job Overview:

NCRi is seeking motivated and target-driven Collection Officers to join our Islamabad team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward achieving collection goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to recover outstanding payments
• Maintain records of customer interactions and payment status
• Meet individual and team collection targets
• Handle queries or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and persuasion skills are encouraged to apply
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory
