Job Responsibilities:

• Develop sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
• Compile and execute plans/objectives to attain zone/area-wise primary and secondary sales and products/packages availability targets.
• Conduct regular market visits to supervise and monitor execution of objectives/plans, ensuring desired results and building strong relationships with current and potential dealers.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence on market share, trends, availability, competition, and activities; communicate findings promptly and accurately to seniors for monitoring and control.
• Supervise and ensure proper placement and optimal utilization of company assets in the market (e.g., coolers, glass, shell, signage).
• Manage distribution to ensure proper execution of sales operations, ROI, KPIs, GTM, and inventory management.
   

Job Requirements:

• BBA/MBA with specialization in Marketing.
• 5–7 years’ experience in Beverages/FMCG.
