Job Summary:
The Deputy Manager – Business Development will lead initiatives that strengthen agri-value chains and empower smallholder farmers and agri-businesses. This role focuses on creating impactful business development strategies to support the agriculture sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development initiatives in the agriculture sector.
• Build and strengthen agri-value chains to improve efficiency and sustainability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including farmers, agri-businesses, and government agencies.
• Drive projects that empower smallholder farmers through innovative solutions and partnerships.
• Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and recommend strategic actions.
   

Requirements:

• BBA/MBA degree.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in agriculture or related sectors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to develop and manage strategic partnerships.
