Position Overview:

Rehman Habib Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Lahore. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong planning, scheduling, and project coordination skills within the engineering consultancy space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Power BI
• Monitor ongoing project progress, detect deviations, and take corrective actions as needed
• Coordinate closely with project teams to align scheduling with goals and technical requirements
• Allocate resources efficiently to ensure project productivity and timely delivery
• Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present accurate, timely progress reports and risk assessments to stakeholders
• Support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring precision and quality in planning
• Assist in the implementation of institutional project management improvement initiatives
• Possess a strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and resource deployment
   

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Sc. Civil Engineering)
• 3 to 5 years of relevant planning experience within the engineering consultancy or construction sector
• Proficiency in project scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.) and analytical tools (Power BI)
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
