Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Handle HR operations including employee onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure smooth HRIS operations.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives.
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience with strong recruitment background.
  • Knowledge of HR operations and compliance laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
