Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily retail branch operations.
  • Supervise sales staff and ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues.
  • Oversee stock management, display, and visual merchandising.
  • Generate daily/weekly sales reports and share with management.
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing.
  • 3–5 years of retail operations management experience.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
