Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Information Communication Technology (ICT) to lead our technology strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all ICT functions, ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems that support core organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's ICT strategy and roadmap.
• Manage and lead the ICT team, including network administration, systems administration, and helpdesk support.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects.
• Manage ICT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of technology assets.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in data protection and cybersecurity.
• Provide strategic technical guidance to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in a senior ICT management role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity principles.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
