Job Summary

Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is seeking a skilled SAP Officer to support the Accounts and Finance Department at its Head Office in Karachi. The role involves managing SAP ERP modules, ensuring accurate financial data entry, processing, and reporting to support efficient accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting activities in SAP including data entry, invoice processing, and journal entries.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions using SAP.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Generate financial reports and assist with account reconciliations.
• Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of SAP modules.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient SAP-based financial processes.
• Utilize MS Excel and other financial tools for reporting and analysis.
   

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com, BBA Finance, BS Accounting & Finance), or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the same industry.
• Strong proficiency in SAP ERP and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
