Job Overview

Edenrobe is seeking an Assistant Manager – Audit (Production) to ensure compliance, efficiency, and control across the entire cut-to-pack production cycle. This role will focus on monitoring processes, identifying control gaps, and recommending improvements to enhance operational effectiveness within the production function.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits of the production cycle from fabric cutting to finished goods packing.
• Assess compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor and evaluate production controls to mitigate risks.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure implementation of audit recommendations.
   

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field or ACCA/ICMA part-qualified.
• Experience: 4–6 years of internal audit experience, preferably within the textile/garment industry.
• Strong understanding of production and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in audit methodologies and reporting.
