Job Description

Job Scope

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budgets and profit targets.
  • Oversee and manage complete sales and marketing operations.

  • Conduct portfolio analysis and ensure effective portfolio management.

     

Specifications

  • MBA in Marketing (preferably with a Science background).
  • 8–10 years of managerial experience in Sales & Marketing within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and data management skills.

  • Proven expertise in business management and driving sales growth.
