What We Are Looking For

• Qualification: Master’s degree or any other equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in the garment industry

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct audits across stitching, finishing, and packing.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, AQL standards, and buyer requirements.
• Identify defects and non-conformities, and lead CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).
• Prepare audit reports, analyze data, and present insights to management.
• Support buyer/third-party audits and ensure compliance readiness.
• Train and guide the audit team to strengthen quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement through defect reduction and root cause analysis.
