Position Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Manager of Financial Analysis and Finance Business Partnering. This role is critical in providing strategic financial insights, driving business performance, and partnering with various departments to support key decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic finance business partner to operational and functional leaders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Develop and manage financial models to analyze business performance, forecast future results, and evaluate potential investments.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, variance analyses, and management presentations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to assess the financial impact of business initiatives and strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Mandatory Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant), ACCA, or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance from a reputable institution.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or a similar role.
