Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Research & Development (R&D) within the dairy or ice cream industry.
• Technical Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and product development processes.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities

The R&D Officer will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the research and development of new ice cream products and flavors.
• Improving current formulations for better taste, texture, shelf life, and cost-effectiveness.
• Conducting lab and pilot-scale trials and supporting the scale-up to full production.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including QA, Production, and Marketing.
• Maintaining proper documentation of all R&D trials and results.
