Job Description

Job Overview:

Khyber Tobacco Company is hiring an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead business operations and sales in the assigned territory. The role involves sales planning, team development, distributor management, and ensuring territory coverage aligned with business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and develop business operations within the assigned territory.
  • Ensure achievement of both primary and secondary sales targets.
  • Ensure timely revenue recovery from primary sales.
  • Plan, review, and implement territory coverage strategies.
  • Forecast and plan sales targets based on territory potential.
  • Train and upskill the distribution team for optimum performance.
  • Ensure smooth information flow among internal and external stakeholders.
     

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
    Experience: 5–9 years in the Tobacco sector or FMCG industry.
