About the Role:
We are recruiting a diligent and objective Manager – Internal Audit to provide independent assurance on the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. This role is critical for adding value and improving our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, risk-based internal audit plan.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Conduct audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes to ensure quality compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Apply people-first principles by conducting audits fairly and constructively, fostering a culture of accountability and integrity.
• Ensure hassle-free audit processes through effective planning, communication, and reporting.
• Identify control gaps and recommend improvements to support continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present clear, concise audit reports to senior management and the audit committee.
• Follow up on management's actions to address audit recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• CA, ACCA, CMA, or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in internal or external audit, with a proven track record in a managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of auditing standards, accounting principles, and internal control frameworks.
• High level of integrity, independence, and professional skepticism.
