Kaizen Paint Pakistan, a leading provider of high-quality paints and coatings dedicated to innovation and excellence, is seeking motivated and determined individuals to join our team as a Technical Trainee.

Overall Responsibilities

The Technical Trainee is integral to our R&D and quality processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting raw material and finished paint testing to ensure quality standards.
• Supporting product development and formula modification to create cost-effective solutions.
• Coordinating projects with internal and external teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Evaluating new raw materials for potential use.
• Maintaining laboratory safety, inventory, and equipment.
• Managing effective documentation and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Minimum Graduation, preferably a BSc/MSc in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.

Experience:

• 0-2 years of technical experience in the paints or a related industry (e.g., chemicals, lubricants).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
