Position Overview:

Creatif Soft is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial records, managing day-to-day accounting operations, and supporting internal compliance and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records and general ledgers
• Handle petty cash transactions and records
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial data
• Assist in conducting internal audits and preparing audit documentation
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and approval processes
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical and numerical aptitude
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
