Job Purpose:

We are looking for a fresh and passionate Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Management Trainee Officer – Electrical. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience and grow within a dynamic industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior engineers in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and operations.
• Support in the planning and execution of electrical projects.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
• Participate in training and development programs as part of the MTO onboarding process.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong technical understanding and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in: Korangi, Landhi, Malir, and Shah Faisal areas of Karachi.
