Job Description:
Shahmurad Sugar Mills is seeking a proactive and innovative Assistant Manager – New Product Development to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and launching new products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure market readiness and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct competitor analysis, consumer feedback sessions, and market research
• Assist in preparing feasibility studies and product launch documentation
• Coordinate with design, packaging, procurement, and marketing teams
• Monitor product development timelines, vendor communication, and quality checks
• Support senior management in brainstorming and concept validation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in product development or marketing
• Strong communication, research, and coordination skills
• Working knowledge of Canva or other presentation tools is a plus
