Job Description

About the Role:
Onederland, a leading family entertainment facility, is looking for a Team Leader (Customer Support) to oversee customer service operations and ensure a high-quality experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the retail or entertainment industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead a customer-facing team in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the customer support team to deliver exceptional service standards
  • Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth coordination among team members
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement customer service best practices
  • Train and mentor staff to maintain service quality and operational efficiency
  • Report on team performance and customer feedback to management
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience
     

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior experience in the retail or entertainment sector is highly desirable
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-oriented mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office is a plus
