Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Manager ERP to lead our SAP S/4HANA environment. This senior leadership role is critical for driving our digital transformation, ensuring our ERP strategy is fully aligned with business objectives, and maximizing the value of our SAP investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall SAP S/4HANA strategy and roadmap.
- Lead end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects for SAP S/4HANA.
- Ensure the ERP system aligns seamlessly with business processes and goals.
- Guarantee data integrity, accuracy, and security across the SAP environment.
- Manage the integration of key SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.).
- Champion digital transformation initiatives and automate reporting processes.
- Drive user adoption and provide ongoing training and support to stakeholders.
- Oversee the ERP team, manage vendor relationships, and control the ERP budget.
Provide strategic insights to senior management to support business goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 12 years of overall experience in ERP systems.
- At least 5 years of proven leadership experience specifically in SAP S/4HANA implementation and management.
Demonstrated success in leading large-scale SAP projects from conception to completion
.
Required Skills:
- Expert knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functionality and architecture.
- Deep understanding of integrated SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, PP, HCM).
- Strong strategic planning, project management, and team leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to drive change management and user adoption programs.
