About the Program:
Kickstart your career with us! We are looking for dynamic, ambitious, and talented recent graduates to join our exclusive Management Trainee program in Marketing. This program is designed to equip you with hands-on experience, mentorship, and the skills necessary to become a future leader in our marketing department. You will rotate through various key functions, working on real projects that impact our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on project findings and campaign results to team members and management.
  • Create detailed reports on marketing metrics, campaign performance, and ROI analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as Sales, Digital, and Product Development) on various projects.
  • Support day-to-day marketing operations and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

     

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Must have completed an MBA degree.
  • Academic Performance: A minimum CGPA of 2.8 or above is required.
  • Experience: This is an entry-level position. Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

     

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional Presentation and Communication Skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Reporting and the use of analytical tools.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
  • High learning agility and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
