Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain, or a relevant field (preferred).
   

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse/store management (seed/agriculture industry preferred).
• Knowledge of seed handling, quality standards, and compliance.
• Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Ability to supervise and manage staff effectively.
   

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of seed stock (receipts, issues, balances).
• Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and identification of seed varieties.
• Monitor storage conditions (temperature, humidity, pest control).
• Coordinate with Quality Control for sampling, testing, and certification.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Plan and supervise dispatches of seed stock.
• Maintain inward/outward registers, gate passes, and invoices.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Supervise store staff and labor during loading/unloading.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
