Qarshi Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a proactive and skilled Executive/AM Maintenance to ensure smooth plant operations, effective maintenance planning, and efficient utility management.

What You’ll Do

• Lead preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems.
• Monitor and improve the performance of the Maintenance & Utilities Department.
• Ensure 100% compliance with safety protocols during all maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with machine suppliers for technical support and upgrades.
• Train, motivate, and guide the maintenance team to achieve operational excellence.

• Manage utilities (water, power, HVAC, etc.) efficiently while driving energy-saving initiatives

   

  What We’re Looking For

• B.Sc./BE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience (FMCG sector preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge with a proven track record in plant maintenance.
• Age: Up to 40 years.

Skills & Knowledge

• Hands-on knowledge of ISO standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, leadership & problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office & maintenance tools/software.
