Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative Social Media Marketing Executive to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that promote our freight forwarding and logistics services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to promote our services
• Manage daily posting, content creation, and community engagement across platforms (especially LinkedIn)
• Design and implement paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn Ads) targeting logistics clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling case studies, client success stories, and service highlights
• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and shipping/logistics industry developments
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure marketing alignment

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing
• Proficiency with marketing tools including Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics
• Excellent writing, content creation, and visual storytelling skills
• Understanding of SEO and website traffic generation techniques is advantageous
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
