Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and driven Assistant Brand Manager to support the development and execution of marketing strategies for our leading brands. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with FMCG or agency experience who is ready to contribute to campaign execution, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve brand objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign & Launch Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and trade marketing activities.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct basic market research and continuously track competitor activity to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Agency Coordination: Liaise and coordinate with creative, digital, and media agencies to develop and deliver effective marketing materials on time and within budget.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to fulfill requirements for Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM), consumer activations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Brand Stewardship: Help maintain all brand documentation, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all touchpoints.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: BBA or MBA degree, preferably in Marketing.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in FMCG Marketing or an Advertising/Digital Agency.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective agency and cross-functional team coordination.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and prepare reports.
    • Understanding of the marketing mix and digital marketing landscapes.
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
