We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee retail operations and drive sales growth in an assigned region. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management, preferably with Western brands, and possess strong leadership and selling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize retail operations in the assigned region to ensure sales and profitability growth.
- Control inventory levels and manage expenses to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and conduct regular audits.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high performance.
- Foster excellent customer service standards to enhance brand reputation and customer loyalty.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to execute promotional strategies.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager in the retail sector.
- Background with Western brands is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong selling, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory and expense management.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
