About the Role:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our Corporate division. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing our import finance operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all documentation and payment processes. Major Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete cycle of import documentation with banks, including the opening and retirement of Letters of Credit (L/Cs).
• Handle and process import advance payments and open account payments.
• Ensure all international trade finance transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with banks, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth financial operations.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Commerce.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in import finance and documentation, preferably in a reputable corporate organization or a bank.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of international trade finance, specifically Letters of Credit.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant financial software and MS Office.
